Charmaine Crutchfield Nelson is a former White House staffer of the Obama Administration, where she served in the Office of Presidential Correspondence responding to hundreds of letters in the voice of President Barack Obama. While in this role, she monitored top policy issues, collaborated with the Office of Engagement on strategic policy initiatives and assisted in selecting ten compelling letters a day to send the President. Having served for communications teams in the U.S. Senate, the Brookings Institution, CSPAN, CNN Politics, NBC, and Warner Bros. Discovery, Charmaine Crutchfield Nelson is mission-driven and passionate about social impact — and how content is consumed around the world.
