Amazon Content Launch
Led the content strategy initiative for launching 22 series - a total of 120 episodes of repurposed content hand-picked by data-driven results. The outcome included gaining a new audience, new revenue streams and navigating through streaming and OTT.
New Series Initiative Launch
Led the partnership with the United Nations in programming CNN’s Great Big Story rights campaign and oversaw the editorial strategy for all series content including “The Brave,” which covers sustainable and community content.
Programming Strategy
Led the audience growth and innovation strategy to help increase watch time, gain new audiences and create more discoverability. These publishing tactics combined not only increased channel visitors but tripled growth. In return, I won an award.
